Who Will You Be Working With?

In this role, you will work within the Sourcing Center of Excellence (CoE) supporting global indirect procurement operations. You will collaborate closely with regional sourcing leaders, business units, finance, and suppliers to ensure efficient execution of purchasing transactions and vendor management activities. You will also interact with cross-functional teams across global regions (Americas, Europe, APAC) using multiple procurement systems and ERPs.

How Will You Make a Difference?

As a Buy Desk Analyst, you will play a critical role in enabling efficient and compliant indirect procurement operations by ensuring timely and accurate conversion of purchase requisitions into purchase orders, supporting supplier onboarding and data accuracy, driving process consistency and automation, and delivering high-quality service aligned with SLAs and KPIs.

What Will Your Typical Day Look Like?

Process purchase requisitions into purchase orders, perform compliance checks, support supplier onboarding, execute PO approvals, monitor SLA targets, coordinate with stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements.

 

 

Roles and Responsibilities

- Convert purchase requisitions into POs
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies
- Execute PO approvals within thresholds
- Support vendor onboarding and data management
- Maintain vendor data accuracy
- Ensure SLA achievement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 3–5 years in procurement or shared services; ERP experience; strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Coupa, HICX, SAP; global procurement exposure; multilingual capability

Key Skills & Competencies

Attention to detail, SLA execution, communication skills, problem-solving, ability to manage multiple systems

Working Conditions

 

Support US time zone �� 5:30PM IST – 2:30AM IST

Global coordination, standard business hours, high-volume transactional environment
