  • Prepare quarterly, monthly, and ad hoc performance attribution analysis for institutional and\or wealth management clients, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate commentary with portfolio managers.
  • Perform detailed peer review of deliverables.

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including designing, creating, and maintaining complex spreadsheets, power queries, reports, and charts.

  • Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with FactSet, Bloomberg, Barra, and other analysis tools is a plus.

Parametric is part of Morgan Stanley Investment Management, the asset management division of Morgan Stanley. We partner with advisors, institutions, and consultants to build portfolios focused on what's important to them and their clients. ABOUT THE ROLE
The Analyst, Performance Attribution is primarily responsible for performance analytics for external distribution. The position will require teamwork and collaboration with multiple departments. The role is focused on providing exceptional client service through timely and accurate analysis and reporting.

Salary range for the position: $70,000 - 140,000/Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
