Our Insights and Advisory team plays a crucial role in providing strategic guidance and data-driven insights to organizations. By analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and business data, our team helps decision-makers make informed choices that can positively impact their organization's performance and bottom line. We work across diverse industries and sectors like Technology, Industrials, Energy, Chemicals, Life Sciences and Logistics, including market research, strategy, sales and marketing, R&D, and more.

Job Summary

We are looking for an Analyst/Senior Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Power BI, data analytics, and Microsoft Fabric to support development, modernization, and ongoing management of enterprise reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, including data modelling, DAX, and Power Query.

• Work with Microsoft Fabric components such as Lakehouse/Warehouse, Data Pipelines, Dataflows,RLS and Semantic Models.

• Perform data validation, reconciliation, refresh monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability.

• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.

• Support report enhancements, modernization, documentation, and change/release activities.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to resolve reporting and data-related issues.

What we are looking for

• Strong hands-on Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modelling

• Good knowledge of SQL and coding (Python)

• Working knowledge / hands-on exposure to Microsoft Fabric

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills
