Job Description:

The Analyst Relations & Insights Manager will support the execution of Analyst Relations & Insights activities by aiding in the management of daily operations across various projects and initiatives, including supporting evaluation responses, executing client co-marketing, and curating and distributing insights related to the analyst firms. This role reports to the head of Activation and Engagement on Merkle's Enterprise Marketing team.

  • External Communications: Will lead coordination with the Social Media Manager and Project Manager to drive timely, high-impact announcements of key AR wins, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment across channels
  • Insights Curation & Distribution: Will build up to owning the curation, packaging, and distribution of analyst insights to internal teams and senior stakeholders, ensuring content is timely, relevant, and positioned for practical application
  • Client Co-Marketing Leadership: Will help drive the creation and submission of client co-marketing initiatives including Flagship stories, case studies, awards, and speaking submissions, coordinating across client and internal teams
  • Internal Enablement: Will develop and deliver assets and communications that equip internal teams — including sales, marketing, and leadership — to leverage analyst research for competitive positioning, thought leadership, and business development
  • Analyst Relationship Management: Will aid in execution of strategic analyst relationship plans across Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and Everest Group, helping to manage briefings, inquiries, and research participation
  • Evaluation Response Ownership: Will own substantive contributions to analyst evaluation responses — including IDC MarketScape, Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, and Everest Group PEAK Matrix submissions — providing editorial support and cross-functional coordination, with increasing ownership of end-to-end evaluation workstreams and strategic positioning input over time

Required Skills and Qualifications
