What you'll do

  • Constructing forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge.
  • Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements.
  • May provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues.
  • Produces datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools.
  • May perform research and assists in analyzing financial and health data, including medical algorithms to determine health care expenditures, medical and economic outcomes, and cost containment strategies.
  • Analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers.
  • Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences.
  • Leverage strong technical skills (SQL, R, Python, and Tableau) and healthcare industry knowledge to support and enhance client-facing engagements with HCSC’s largest Commercial customers.
  • Accountable for the analytic support and consultancy for HCSCs largest Commercial Clients and advisory for internal senior-leader stakeholders related to population health and insurance.
  • Leverage strong technical skills (SQL, R, Python, and Tableau) and healthcare industry knowledge to support clinical and business stakeholders.

  • Performance excellence in computer languages, such as SQL, R, Python.
  • Ability to create a dynamic and visually engaging dashboard leveraging data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Performance excellence in championing initiatives and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to bring the initiative to life.

Base Pay Range

$61,500.00 - $136,100.00
