Key Responsibilities:

• Processing accounting and financial data with accuracy and efficiency

• Administering, verifying, and posting invoices in accordance with internal procedures

• Preparing and reviewing payment proposals

• Handling Vendor Master Data changes and performing phone confirmations for sensitive data

• Communicating with suppliers and internal departments (accounting, technical) via phone and email

• Working with SAP and MDG systems in a professional business environment

• Reconciling vendor accounts, including monitoring and clearing GR/IR balances to ensure proper matching of goods receipts and invoices

Requirements:

• Fluent Polish and English, additional European language will be a plus

• Higher education, preferably in finance, accounting, or a related field

• Basic knowledge of SAP

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
