Overview

Overview

Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) is the team behind one of the world’s largest cloud infrastructures, responsible for powering Microsoft’s online products and services and enabling its “Cloud First” mission. Our focus is on smart growth, high efficiency, and delivering a trusted experience to customers and partners worldwide.

This role sits within a high‑impact team accountable for driving structured problem‑solving, solution development, and continuous operational improvement across the Data Centre capacity delivery, with a particular focus on new-build and construction-led programs. The role owns defined scopes of work from discovery through delivery, applying sound program judgment to translate business and technical needs into predictable, scalable outcomes.

Designed as an early‑career Technical Program Management opportunity, this role provides broad exposure across solution management, governance, and operational enablement. With mentorship and coaching, the role enables individuals to independently own workstreams, manage risks and dependencies, and drive execution outcomes, with increasing scope and complexity as capability and confidence grow.
