APAC Strategic Planning Intern

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the strategy & investment team of IQVIA’s APAC HQ, supporting routine central planning tasks, strategic initiatives and M&A deal execution;

• Help conduct industry research and evaluate potential investment opportunities;

• Assist in M&A due diligence processes including market, financial, operational, and technological due diligence;
  Assist in building and maintaining financial models, including DCF, and operating models;

• Independently gather quantitative and qualitative data from various sources, and structure analyses of data;

• Support external strategic partnership deals.

Qualification

• Master or senior undergraduate students from top global university with outstanding academic record;

• Past internship experience in consultancy, strategy and investment related roles is a plus;

• Strong communication abilities. Excellent written English skill is a must; strong verbal English skill is a plus;

• Command of accounting and corporate finance knowledge is a plus;

• Time management and self-discipline, able to deliver on deadlines

• Excellent skill with Microsoft Office Suite;

• Strong interest in healthcare market, willing to take self-initiatives to keep learning about market trends.
