- Ability to independently deliver complex development work, translate requirements into scalable solutions, troubleshoot difficult issues, and mentor junior developers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work directly with federal stakeholders.

We are seeking a hands-on senior Oracle APEX developer to build, enhance, secure, and support customer-facing APEX/OCI applications for federal clients. This role is primarily an individual contributor position with technical leadership responsibilities.
