Application Design Engineer

- Understand needs & technical requirements, system/solution architectures, best practices and standards.
- Develop and/or support both conceptual application designs and detailed application designs/engineering studies."
Makes technical designs for customers in a specific application domain, based on pre-defined technical specifications. Learns & apply standards, procedures and best practices in this area.
"From 3 to 5 years relevant experience - Engineering Sales is focused on providing technical advice and support to sales teams and conducting technical analysis of product configurations to determine customer specific pricing including: •Preparing and conducting technical sales briefings for customer and company representatives •Researching customer technical specifications and estimating the costs, resources, time, and technical requirements of modifying, configuring, and installing the product or solution •Evaluating sales proposals to ensure they are technically accurate and consistent with the organization’s quality standards •May resolve/troubleshoot implementation problems and conduct initial user training

1. 负责不间断电源系统(UPS)的设计和技术文件编制，从销售部门移交项目阶段到系统交付，��个项目合同期间均需负责。
2. 根据客户需求、质量方面和成本效益独立开发技术解决方案。
3. 对GutorUPS解决方案(交流UPS、直流充电机)有深入的了解，并且是项目经理提出技术问题时的第一联系人。对于复杂或大型项目，他将得到应用设计师、高级应用设计工程师、应用设计经理或研发团队的支持。
4. 与项目团队(项目经理)密切合作，他与研发和采购部门关系良好，为生产装配和测试站提供项目相关支持。
5. 与第三方供应商进行技术澄清和bom录入（UNC创建/采购请求）。
6. 负责根据约定的项目进度计划保持工程里程碑，任何变更和调整必须与项目经理协商。包括参与销售工程师/招标与项目经理交接会；审查客户规范并确定特殊要求；支持项目经理对客户的技术意见进行评估并准备回复等。
7. 依据客户规范、内部流程和定义标准进行UPS配置、UPS详细设计(包括BOM编制)工作， 确保成本优化的工程解决方案，同时保持高质量水平。
包括使用可用的工程工具设计和创建UPS的BOM；借助EPLAN工程工具设计UPS(图纸、BOM)；编制项目特定的技术文件(技术数据���测试文件、计算等)；对特殊功能进行PLC编程；编制手册的非标准说明等。
8. 提供运营方面的支持，包括准备生产文件（BB文件）；准备测试文件（GB文件）；准备变更通知单；为车间生产装配和测试提供支持；执行系统放行。
9. 在工厂验收测试（FAT）期间为项目经理提供具体技术方面的支持。包括根据FAT任务清单通过执行CI（变更指令）完成修改；技术检查的准备/执行。

 

岗位要求：
1. 电气工程、自动化等相关专业本科及以上
2. 电气行业工作经验5年以上
3. CAD画图/3D画图经验优先
4. 具有独立设计大型和/或复杂项目的经验
5. 具备团队合作能力
6. 英语书面和口头沟通能力优秀者优先
7. 能够同时处理多个项目
8. 熟练使用Windows，MS Office
9. 具备电气图纸的编制经验（EPLAN培训后）
10. 掌握深厚的UPS知识储备
