What you'll do
- Provide support for field sales organization on application/technical/manufacturing per product of custom and standard performance/features, guide field sales on technical clarifications and solutions to the customer, to increase JCI benefits and satisfy customer in the same time.
- Provide optimized chiller design to assigned products by understanding product value proposition and completion information. Evaluate/justify chiller performance to meet application requirements.
- Assess the special requests and work out modification solution basing on competition/applications characteristics.
- Summarize and analyze FAQs to get inputs of product performance improvement.
- Validate the SQ specifications for chillers and provide cost estimation as well as chiller performance data if not covered by field selection tools.
- Summarize and update SQs database to get insights of product performance improvement.
- Work with engineering to develop cost effective resolutions to unique product applications.
- Sharing application SQ information around Asia sales such as installation list, job story, etc., support sales in effective and efficient working styles
- When assigned, coordinate JCI internal functions as project management responsibilities, ensure alignment of pre-sales support and efficient PO executions.
- Communicate regularly with regional PPM team, product eng. Team and FTY operation departments, understand latest updates of order execution capability, share market trend for research purpose.
- Create files to post valuable solution to field sales, extend BOD opportunities, such as application literatures, sale training material, etc.
- Job site visits, gather chiller real operation situations, competition analysis as required.
What they're looking for
- BS degree or above, major in Engineering (ABET accredited) or related subjects
- CET 4 as basis, CET 6 as preference. Good at communications in English
- More than 5 years on HVAC related experience in application engineering, product engineering or marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) as well as Internet software and E-mail

- CET 6 as preference
- Ability to envision and introduce creative tools for fast and effective interaction with the field combining high technical complexity and commercial interests in a seamless and user-friendly manner would be a significant plus

What you will do:
You will take responsibility for pre-sales support by existed experienced knowledge on chiller and HVAC system. The major area is Johnson Controls global Data Center industrial.
We hope you perform a full range of field commercial and technical support functions in basis of local FTYs offering capabilities, to support local and cross-regional sales team to succeed in DC business.
How you will do it:
1、Field Technical/Application Support
- Provide support for field sales organization on application/technical/manufacturing per product of custom and standard performance/features, guide field sales on technical clarifications and solutions to the customer, to increase JCI benefits and satisfy customer in the same time.
- Provide optimized chiller design to assigned products by understanding product value proposition and completion information. Evaluate/justify chiller performance to meet application requirements.
- Assess the special requests and work out modification solution basing on competition/applications characteristics.

2、Special Quotation Handling
- Validate the SQ specifications for chillers and provide cost estimation as well as chiller performance data if not covered by field selection tools.
- Summarize and update SQs database to get insights of product performance improvement.

3、KA Project Management:
- When assigned, coordinate JCI internal functions as project management responsibilities, ensure alignment of pre-sales support and efficient PO executions.
4、Product Support

5、Product Application Development
- Study on codes/standards for new application case, work with product engineering to extend product offering capability.
- Conduct feasibility studies and systems analysis as necessary.
What we look for:
- BS degree or above, major in Engineering (ABET accredited) or related subjects
- CET 4 as basis, CET 6 as preference. Good at communications in English
- More than 5 years on HVAC related experience in application engineering, product engineering or marketing
