iOS JD

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction and architecture of iOS applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain iOS applications using Swift and modern iOS architecture.
• Define engineering standards, best practices, and development processes.
• Drive solution design, scalability, security, performance, and maintainability improvements.
• Contribute to technical design discussions and architectural decisions.
• Mentor and guide iOS developers across the team.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, UX designers, backend teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Review critical code changes and ensure high standards of code quality.
• Manage technical debt, release planning, and risk mitigation.
• Drive adoption of modern iOS technologies, frameworks, and development practices.
• Support production issue analysis, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership in estimation, sprint planning, and delivery execution.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of iOS development experience with strong architectural expertise.
• Deep knowledge of Swift, iOS SDK, SwiftUI, UIKit, Combine, MVVM/Clean Architecture, and design patterns.
• Strong understanding of iOS application lifecycle, memory management, concurrency, and performance optimization.
• Experience with REST APIs, dependency injection, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Unit testing, UI testing, SOLID principles, and code quality practices.
• Experience with Git, Agile methodologies, and code review processes.
• Proven experience leading teams and delivering large-scale mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of mobile application security, testing strategies, and release management.
• Experience with App Store deployment, provisioning profiles, certificates, and Apple review processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, mentoring, and technical leadership skills.
• Experience driving technical roadmaps and architectural decisions across multiple teams.
