Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous interaction with different teams to maintain system stability and deliver timely solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability through effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance collective expertise.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical issues promptly.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to enterprise warehouse management systems.
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving complex software issues in integrated business environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical information to diverse audiences.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
