What you'll do
- Provide Technical Support for the full Copeland product portfolio (compressors, controls and accessories) to customers in Colombia and Venezuela including but not limited to: Product selection
- Development of application profiles and technical bulletins
- Warranty Administration
- Sample Coordination
- Customer training at designated locations
- Development of cross references or specific documentation that can support commercial initiatives
- Production Line Support for pilot runs
- Field support and troubleshooting
- Be a liaison between end users and OEMs to identify opportunities in which Copeland products can be specified
- Proactively interact with cross functional teams including Product Engineering, Marketing, Customer Service, Quality and Sales through designated tasks to enhance our customer support
- Represent Copeland at industry forums and conferences

Responsibilities:
Provide Technical Support for the full Copeland product portfolio (compressors, controls and accessories) to customers in Colombia and Venezuela including but not limited to:

Job Requirements:
