We are recruiting relief/bank Approved Mental Health Professionals to support the work of our 24 hour AMHP Service.
This is an opportunity for an experienced and dedicated person to join our countywide Approved Mental Health Professionals (AMHP) service as a Relief AMHP.
The role is only open to those who are already qualified as an AMHP.
As a Relief AMHP joining the 24/7 AMHP Service, you will undertake work on a rota basis, coordinating and completing Mental Health Act assessments as well as responding to urgent social care requests out of hours, in accordance with the relevant legislation and under the guidance of the management team.
These roles will be primarily home based with travel (as required) across the county and to the Lincoln Office. As an organisation we value the wellbeing of our employees and recognise the importance of work/life balance.
Standard shifts are 13 hours long, starting at either 08:00 or 20:00, though there is flexibility for variance in this for relief shifts.
Relief AMHPs will be able to apply to work advertised shifts on an ad hoc basis where additional AMHPs are required.
