- Promotes translation of evidence-based practice, guidelines and research
- Supports research studies and assists in data collection and analysis as appropriate
- Serves as a preceptor for students and onboards new caregivers
- Drives SQPE initiatives and ensures policy adherence

Cleveland Clinic is currently seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse for a Team Lead position at the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. Primary responsibilities include:

This role does not directly manage a team.
Responsibilities:
Primary role is that of an APRN or PA providing clinical practice in accordance with privileges granted and as appropriate for certification and licensure.

Education:

If in neonatal care service area Master’s Degree is required upon hire.

English, written and spoken.
Certifications:
