- Monitor customer accounts for changes in credit risk and recommend adjustments when appropriate.
- Partner with Sales and Finance teams to resolve account issues and support business objectives.
- Assist with special projects, reporting, and other Accounts Receivable and credit-related activities.

In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining accurate customer accounts, applying customer payments, evaluating credit risk, and supporting business growth through sound credit decisions.
