Architectural Coordinator - Listed MAINCON

Responsibilities:

• Coordination and management of architectural design and coordination activities for projects.
• Ensure compliance with architectural design standards and codes.
• Collaborate with project teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective coordination of architectural drawings and specifications.
• Review architectural drawings and documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Resolve design conflicts and issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attend coordination meetings and provide updates on architectural design progress.
• Work closely with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate implementation of architectural designs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of architectural design activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural coordination.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software.
• Knowledgeable and understand the specifications and drawings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
