Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architectural CAD Draftsman with 5+ years of expertise in preparing detailed construction drawings and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. The candidate will play a key role in delivering accurate working drawings, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting project execution from design development to construction stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review detailed architectural working drawings, GFC drawings, and construction documentation
• Develop plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings with high accuracy
• Translate design concepts into executable technical drawings
• Coordinate with architects, structural, and MEP consultants for clash-free drawings
• Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations, including Development Control and Promotion Regulations (DCPR)
• Manage drawing revisions and maintain version control
• To be verse with CAD & BIM 
• Support site team with timely updates and resolve drawing-related queries
• Review shop drawings and contractor submissions
• Assist in quantity take-offs and basic BOQ coordination
• Guide and mentor junior draftsmen

Qualifications

• Diploma in Architecture / Civil Engineering or ITI Draftsman (Civil)
• Advanced certification in AutoCAD (preferred)
• 5+ years of relevant experience in architectural drafting and detailing

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of Revit / BIM workflows (preferred)
• Excellent understanding of construction detailing and working drawings
• Knowledge of building materials, finishes, and construction techniques
• Ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
