Area Manager

Role Overview:

Responsible for the end-to-end performance of multiple Supertails clinics within an assignedzone, driving revenue, profitability, operational excellence, clinical quality, customer experience and people performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Own zone-level revenue, P&L, productivity and operational KPIs across multiple clinics.

* Lead and coach Centre Managers and clinic leadership teams, driving accountability andperformance.

* Ensure consistent adherence to SOPs, clinical protocols, safety, hygiene and compliancestandards.

* Conduct regular clinic reviews and audits; identify gaps and drive corrective actions.

* Partner with Clinical, HR, Finance, Marketing, CX, Supply Chain and Infrastructure teams toachieve business objectives.

* Drive customer experience, NPS/CSAT, repeat visits and complaint resolution.

* Analyse clinic performance, identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives toimprove footfall, conversion and revenue.

* Oversee workforce planning, hiring, training, productivity and employee engagement inpartnership with HR.

* Monitor inventory, equipment, facility readiness and vendor performance.

* Prepare and present weekly/monthly zone performance dashboards and action plans toleadership.
