We are seeking a Area Manager Clinic Operations for a Series A funded Women’s Wellness Brand. Based out of Bhopal /Indore (Central India) Job Profile: Sales strategy: Developing and implementing a strategic sales plan for the zone, setting sales targets, and motivating the team to achieve them Team management: Training and developing the Center Staff & Healthcare professionals to improve their performance, conducting regular sales meetings, and providing feedback Customer service: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, ensuring client queries are resolved, and delivering excellent customer service Budgeting & Inventory Morale: Analyzing team culture and increasing morale Willing to Travel across the Zone to manage operations and drive revenue Requirements: 9+ years of Clinic / Healthcare / Retail / Store Operations experience Experience managing multiple units with PnL accountability. Candidates with experience in healthcare space, especially fertility clinics preferred Proven track record in managing exclusive brand outlets (EBO) can also apply Core skills required – Operations management and service excellence Has the knack to take ownership and independently manage clinic operations Thrives in an ambiguous business environment.
