LOCATION: Yorkshire region
CONTRACT: Full Time
SALARY £32,000 - £40,000 base salary, exclusive of weekend working (OTE including weekends: £46,000) About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Asbestos Surveyor to join our team across the Yorkshire region.In this role, you will conduct a full range of asbestos surveying duties across domestic, commercial, and industrial properties, while delivering expert technical advice and high-quality reporting to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct asbestos sampling, reinspections, Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys across domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors in accordance with HSG264 and company procedures.
- Collect accurate site data and safely transport asbestos samples to approved UKAS‑accredited laboratories.
- Complete detailed survey reports and CAD drawings using dedicated software.
- BOHS P402 qualification (or recognised equivalent).
- Proven knowledge and experience in asbestos surveying across domestic, commercial, or industrial sectors.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- High standards of work with a commitment to maintaining a healthy work‑life balance.
- Company Vehicle: Company car or van provided to support business travel (approx. 10,000 business miles per annum).
