About this role

Job Description

What is Cabinetworks Group? We are the U.S.’s second largest cabinetry manufacturer, with offices and manufacturing facilities across the country. Our multiple cabinetry brands represent an extensive range of framed, frameless, and inset cabinetry products. The Waconia facility is home to the Medallion brand.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cut – cut material on table saw or band saw if applicably to meet specifications as needed.

  • Build – Build cabinetry and components with team member using all available equipment (drill, nail gun, etc.).

  • Build to move ticket specification.

  • Maintain production and quality standards.

  • Follow all safety rules and work instructions.

  • Perform all duties in a safe manner.

  • Active member of the natural work team

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to read a tape measure and use it effectively.

  • Ability to read the move ticket and understand ALL of its contents.

  • Ability to use hand tools (drill, nail gun, etc.)

  • Must be saw certified (for saw operation if it is required).

  • Must have good team work/communication skills

Job Type: Full Time

Shift: 1st

Pay Range: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour

Hours range from 6:00AM to 6:30 PM M-F with Occasional Saturday overtime.
