Your opportunity

As an Asset Officer with Mission Australia Housing, you will play a key role in ensuring social and affordable housing properties are safe, well maintained, and meet the needs of tenants. Working closely with residents, contractors, and internal housing teams, you'll coordinate maintenance requests, prioritise repairs, conduct property inspections, monitor contractor performance, and ensure works are completed to a high standard and in line with compliance requirements.

This is a varied role that combines customer service, maintenance coordination, administration, and site-based inspections, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable people through quality housing outcomes.
