Assistant Buyer @MYTHERESA

To support our Buying team we are searching for an Assistant Buyer (f/m/d) to be based in our Aschheim office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Analyse weekly trading reports, identify strong and slow sellers, and proactively support the Buyer in defining and initiating trading actions.
• Support the accurate entry and maintenance of buying order sheets, including purchase order data, size curves and allocations.
• Coordinate and support travel planning and buying season schedules, ensuring appointments are organised efficiently.
• Support vendor communication and ensure smooth receipt processes and accurate delivery tracking.
• Use management information systems to monitor and effectively manage product inventories.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless flow of information regarding deliveries, exclusives, product launches and other key initiatives.
• Participate in internal meetings and provide relevant updates to ensure alignment across teams and departments.

WHO YOU ARE

• Academic degree in Business Administration, Fashion or a related field, or an equivalent relevant qualification.
• Previous experience as an Assistant Buyer, Buying Assistant or in a comparable buying role.
• Passion for and strong interest in international luxury fashion.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident in coordinating extensive travel schedules and buying appointments throughout the season.
• Reliable, proactive and collaborative, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
