Job Description:

Boston Conservatory at Berklee is seeking a full-time, student-focused Assistant Director of Admissions Services. Reporting to the Associate Dean of Admissions, you will serve as the primary admissions contact for prospective students, parents, and counselors, focusing on our Dance and Voice programs. This role combines national recruitment strategy, application pipeline management, website content oversight, and end-to-end planning for regional and on-campus auditions. At Berklee, your work directly supports the next generation of creative leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Audition Logistics & Event Management:

  • Regional Tour Coordination: Design, assemble, and execute national audition tours for Dance and Voice; identify and book venues, coordinate faculty schedules, manage payments, and issue certificates of insurance.

What You'll Bring

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with admissions systems (Salesforce, TargetX, Acceptd), Google Suite, and website CMS management.
  • Travel & Schedule Flexibility: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel via air, train, and car for 6–8 weeks in the fall, including seasonal weekend and evening work. Limited remote work flexibility is available.
