What you'll do

  • You are responsible for the professional planning, organization, and execution of conferences, events, congresses, and group bookings (guest rooms).
  • You coordinate and prioritize tasks within the team and help ensure the smooth execution of all processes.
  • You support the optimal allocation of event spaces and contribute to maximizing the hotel's occupancy and revenue opportunities.

  • You support the recruitment of new team members and help ensure their successful integration into the team.
  • You work closely with all hotel departments and actively contribute to a collaborative and successful cross-functional working environment.

Who we are looking for...

Our modern Event Center offers you the opportunity to explore new paths in the MICE business. Thanks to your strong understanding of processes and guest needs, you ensure the seamless planning and execution of events and group business. With your exceptional organizational skills, professional approach, and keen attention to detail, you support the Convention Sales team in its day-to-day operations while taking ownership of your own projects and client accounts.Working closely with the Director of Convention Sales, the Proactive Sales team, and the Revenue team, you contribute to optimizing business levels and driving the continuous development of the team.
