We’re looking for candidates with either 3+ years of hotel HR experience or accomplished hotel department leaders who have hands-on experience navigating employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary decisions that are ready to transition their operational expertise into Human Resources. Union experience is a valuable asset, and fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
