We are looking for a motivated growth marketing intern to join our belux team. working directly alongside our growth marketing lead, you will get hands-on experience in driving 360° communication, digital acquisition, and brand visibility in a fast-paced retail environment. ROLE OVERVIEW - Location: Brussels / Remote flexibility - Duration: 3 to 6 months (6 months preferred) - Status: Unpaid internship – Must be covered by an official school/university contract - Start Date: As soon as possible YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES CRM SUPPORT - Support CRM operations by helping create, proofread, and coordinate local commercial email campaigns via Salesforce. - Track and analyze newsletter performance (open rates, click-through rates, and conversions) to help optimize future CRM actions. INFLUENCE & BRAND ACTIVATIONS - Support influencer marketing campaigns: research relevant creators, assist with product seeding, and track campaign coverage. - Help organize local brand events and influencer gatherings to maximize community engagement. - Monitor retail and digital trends to propose creative local initiatives that boost brand awareness. PR & OFFLINE CAMPAIGN COORDINATION - Help compile press reviews and track media mentions across the BELUX region. - Ensure marketing assets and briefs are delivered to external partners on schedule. PROFILE & SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR - Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communication, Business, or a related field - You must have a valid internship agreement (convention de stage / stageovereenkomst) - A strong interest in 360° marketing and the retail industry. - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Hands-on attitude and eagerness to learn. - Team player with great interpersonal skills - Knowledge of a graphic design tool (Canva) is a plus - Languages: Fluency in French or Dutch, with a strong working knowledge of the second language being a significant advantage. Good command of English is also required.
