ASSISTANT MANAGER - BILLING

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end client and contractor billing activities at the project site.
• Prepare, verify, and process RA Bills, IPCs, and final bills.
• Review BOQs, quantities, and billing documents for accuracy.
• Coordinate with project, planning, QS, and finance teams for timely bill submissions.
• Track billing progress, certifications, and payment status.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Ensure billing records are accurate and comply with contractual requirements.
• Resolve billing-related queries and support audits.

Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in billing for construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, RA Bills, IPCs, quantity reconciliation, and billing procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software.
• Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
