About this role
Looking for candidates with extensive recruitment experience in Contract Staffing.
The person is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned Account or a portfolio of Accounts for service lines within IT recruitment and Staffing practice. The AM builds and manages key client relationships; and is responsible for top-line and bottom-line performance of the portfolio.

Job Description
- Expertise in Contract to Hire/Staffing model
- Grow existing accounts
- Manage and lead a dynamic team that responds and fulfils Clients hiring needs.
- Impart hands-on training to recruiters.
- Prioritize work and review it with team members
- Familiar with professional social networking sites and portals.
- Understand compensation structure, involve in competitive landscaping of compensation and advise candidates on offers received
- Play a lead role in closure of offered candidates through consultative and advisory approach
Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline
- 5+ years of experience in Contract Staffing
- Excellent drive and execution skills, Negotiation skills and Technology understanding
- Good understanding of contract staffing
- Excellent search skills and ability to form good relationships with candidates
Location : Bangalore (work from office)
Joining time : Immediate
