What you'll do
- Manage electrical maintenance activities for assembly machines, press shop equipment, and utilities.
- Troubleshoot and maintain PLC-controlled systems such as Mitsubishi, Siemens, Omron and Allen Bradley platforms.
- Establishing new poke yoke systems based on the process requirement
- Develop and modify PLC programs to improve machine performance and reliability.
- Maintain and troubleshoot robotic systems and automated manufacturing equipment.
- Ensure effective execution of preventive and breakdown maintenance activities as per plant targets.
- Should have knowledge on servo controls installation and Trouble shooting techniques
- Handle electrical inspections, and new electrical compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors for testing and maintenance of HT equipment.
- Manage HT and LT drawings and electrical works under valid C-License requirements.
- Identify electrical safety hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with quality systems, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
