  • Act as the connecting point for HSE topics across departments, fostering continuous improvement of HSE processes in the local plant.
  • Oversee the implementation of corporate and local HSE initiatives, ensuring alignment with company and regulatory standards.
  • Lead risk assessments and manage risk mitigation plans, ensuring that all plant operations adhere to established safety protocols.
  • Ensure the plant adheres to statutory HSE requirements and company standards, including supporting plant leadership in achieving and maintaining certifications.
  • Provide mentorship and counseling to the HSE team and plant employees, encouraging open-mindedness and objectivity in safety practices and conflict resolution.
