  • Manage festival project timelines, logistics, procurement and budget tracking.

  • Coordinate marketing and publicity effors with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Support onsite festival operations and ensure smooth event execution.

  • Bring arts and culture into residential life by working with residential experience stakeholders to seed performances, workshops, pop-ups and student-led creative activities within the halls.

  • Connect hall-based arts activity to the wider Varsity Arts Programme and Festival so residential life becomes a feeder and stage for campus arts.

Neighbourhood & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support the mission in broadening the reach of NTU Arts Festival beyond campus by establishing partnerships with residents, community groups, and public/private organisations. Through community-based arts activations and outreach initiatives, create meaningful opportunities for public participation and engagement, contributing to stronger community connections and elevating NTU's reputation as a vibrant arts and cultural hub.

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates with experience in arts/cultural programming, event or festival management and/or related field will have an added advantage.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships and engage effectively with diverse groups of stakeholders.

  • Good organisational and project management capabilities, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, manage timelines, and ensure smooth execution of programmes and events.

  • A collaborative team player with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently when required.

  • Comfortable managing operational, logistical, and administrative aspects of events and programmes, including procurement, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
