What you'll do

  • Configure and support network infrastructure and cloud resources in partnership with the Network Administrator and IT leadership.
  • Support organizational security, privacy, HIPAA compliance, and SOC 2 audit activities.
  • Perform security and compliance audits and testing under the direction of the Network Administrator and CISO.
  • Configure and monitor Microsoft Entra, Purview, and Defender security policies and alerts, troubleshooting and remediating issues as needed.

  • Monitor physical and virtual servers and respond to identified issues.
  • Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and updates for company workstations, servers, and virtual machines.
  • Respond to Help Desk calls and support tickets during regular business hours and participate in an after-hours support rotation.
  • Administer users and groups within Active Directory and Exchange.
  • Document IT systems, configurations, and processes.
  • Manage monthly system maintenance activities and coordinate assignments across the team.

Are you an IT professional who enjoys solving problems, strengthening security, and keeping systems running smoothly? UASI is looking for an Assistant Network & IT Systems Administrator to join our team and support our growing technology environment.

 

In this role, you’ll work across network administration, cybersecurity, cloud resources, server maintenance, compliance, and end-user support. You’ll partner closely with our Network Administrator, CISO, and IT leadership while gaining hands-on exposure to a variety of technologies and security initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and is motivated to continue growing their technical expertise.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Configure and support network infrastructure and cloud resources in partnership with the Network Administrator and IT leadership.
