- Coordinates, plans, organizes implements and monitors nursing care of the adult, pediatric and neonatal patient as applicable in accordance with departmental philosophy and objectives.
- Facilitates communication and continuity of care for patients, accepting accountability for daily operations of their respective units when on duty.
- Provides high quality, safe, cost effective, total nursing care to all patients utilizing the nursing process
- Assumes the responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on need of the patient and family members
- Directs care according to established standards of safety, risk management, infection control, with the goal being to discharge the patient with an optimum level of care provided
- Utilized evidence-based practice in accordance with professional standards and adheres to the Florida State Nurse Practice Act
- Reviewed orders/test results and documents care delivered accurately and timely in the electronic health record.

Up to $20,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months.
