About this role

Huawei Heisenberg Research Center (Munich) is responsible for advanced technology research, architectural development, design and strategic engineering of our products.

Join us as a

Assistant of College Competition Leased Labor (18-month) (m/f/d)

Your mission

  • Support the planning and implementation of European College Competitions of ERI research centers.

  • Support talent attraction events for College Competition in Europe, support the connection and recruitment of competition talents, and recommend relevant talents for internships and recruitment at each research centers or headquarters.

  • Guide each research center finish the relevant processes for initiating competition budget applications, support competition organizers in completing competition summaries, sharing these summaries with the Corporate-level competition working group, and publishing updates on European College Competitions.

  • Support monthly or bi-monthly/yearly progress reports on internships, recruiting related to European College Competitions.

 

Your areas of expertise

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in AI, computing, software, and semiconductors, or a related field.

  • Good communication skills and fluent in written and spoken in Chinese and English. German or French language knowledge would be a plus.

  • Experience with university-industry technology collaboration, student program management, or organizing university-level competitions is preferred.

  • Broadly connected with the academic community, with strong familiarity with top universities, top-tier laboratories, and prominent professors in Europe.

  • Good understanding of the business of Huawei's Business and Research Units.
