- Assist in managing project budgets, cost tracking, and variation assessments
- Participate in tender evaluations, procurement coordination, and vendor/supplier management
- Liaise with statutory bodies (e.g. BCA, PUB, SPPG, SCDF) for submissions and approvals

- 0-2 years experiences in a project management / engineering consultancy or construction environment in Singapore
- Basic understanding of M&E systems, design coordination and building codes in Singapore
- Proficient across a range of Microsoft Software (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, PowerBI)
- Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English
- Organized, strong time management and communication skills
- Able to work independently & exercise initiative

Nice to have
- Familiarity with Singapore Codes of Practice and local authority submission processes will be an added advantage

We have an exciting opportunity for Assistant Project Manager to join our Building Services team in Singapore and become part of a network of over 400 Building Services professionals across the Asia Pacific.

About You
We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our Building Services team in Singapore. You will support the delivery of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems design and implementation for built environment projects including commercial, healthcare, hospitality and institutional developments.
You will assist in coordinating the technical, administrative, and contractual aspects of M&E projects, working closely with engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project execution.
