About the Role:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering corporate fit-out, renovation, and construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Support project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and cost control to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to manage project requirements and expectations.
- Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications and company standards.
- Prepare project reports, maintain documentation, and provide administrative and project management support to senior project leaders.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- Licensed Engineer is preferred; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in project coordination, corporate fit-out, renovation, construction, or related project management roles.
- Knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and site coordination.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
