Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Retail Manager to support the day-to-day running of our Burgess Hill store.

About the role

As Assistant Retail Manager, you will support the Retail Manager in maximising sales, delivering an excellent customer experience, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store. You will lead by example, inspire volunteers, and help grow support for Marie Curie within the local community.
