Assistant Retail Manager - Operations

We ask that you are flexible to travel the following locations: Ottawa, covering stores in East, West, Kanata, Orleans, and Barrhaven. The successful candidate will be assigned a permanent assistant store leader position in one of these locations.

What you’ll do as an assistant retail manager:

• Motivate and inspire your team to create an amazing customer experience

• Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture while having fun!

• Oversee store KPI's (revenue, merchandising standards, inventory health, health & safety, labor management)

• Maintain a healthy profit and loss

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years’ experience leading a retail team of at least 20 associates

• 2+ years’ experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals

• Ability to create an inclusive, fun and safe work environment

• In this role you may be placed permanently in any of our store locations in Ottawa, covering stores in East, West, Kanata, Orleans, and Barrhaven area and ability to commute to those locations is required
