- Answer incoming phone calls
- Respond to customer questions and concerns promptly, professionally, and in accordance with company policies
- Assist with rent collection and account follow-up
- Promote and sell retail products while maintaining product knowledge
- Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately handle cash transactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
- Support maintenance staff and help ensure the property and vacant units remain clean and well maintained
- Assist with renting moving trucks ranging from 16’ to 26’ (limited on-site driving required)

Daffodil Storage is currently seeking a part-time Assistant Storage Manager for our location in Puyallup.

Assistant Manager Responsibilities
