We're looking for an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to support the Venue Manager in leading a high-performing team and delivering outstanding guest experiences every day.

What You'll Be Doing

As Assistant Venue Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of the venue by:

• Supporting the Venue Manager to maximise venue performance and achieve business objectives.
• Leading the team from the floor, creating exceptional guest experiences every shift.
• Coaching, developing and motivating team members to reach their full potential.
• Driving labour efficiencies, service standards and operational excellence.
• Supporting venue profitability through strong commercial awareness and KPI focus.
• Promoting a positive team culture built on accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, licensing requirements and venue procedures.
• Taking ownership of daily operations, leading by example and fostering a culture of accountability.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has previous leadership experience in a busy hospitality venue.
• Is passionate about food, beverage and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Leads with positivity, confidence and integrity.
• Is highly organised with excellent time management skills.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Understands labour management, KPIs and commercial performance.
• Enjoys coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Holds a current RSA (RMLV and Approved Manager Licence highly regarded).
