What you'll do

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Administration function by managing activities such as mailroom operations, records management, contract administration, invoice processing, corporate card administration, telecommunication services, and asset management.
  • Develop and enhance administrative policies, procedures, and controls with a focus on improving productivity, efficiency, governance, and service quality.
  • Drive digitalisation initiatives and process improvements to automate workflows and elevate operational standards within the administration team.

  • Oversee access management processes for employees, contractors, and visitors by ensuring privileges are appropriately granted and monitored.
  • Investigate security incidents promptly by documenting findings, escalating issues when necessary, and implementing remediation actions to maintain a secure operating environment.
  • Coordinate security operations with building management teams, external vendors, law enforcement agencies, and relevant government authorities to ensure seamless protection of premises.
  • Prepare management reports on administration activities, security incidents, operational performance metrics, compliance status, risk mitigation measures, business continuity plans, vendor relationships, project progress updates, budgets, expenses related to administration or physical security functions.
