Job Description
Sales - Bancassurance is responsible for new business and revenue generation, supporting customers in finding products, solutions, and services that best meet their needs. Sets the direction and policies for sales activities, and manages the execution of these plans. The Bancassurance focus specializes in the generation of revenues by promoting insurance products and services to corporate clients.
- Job scope
- Business Insurance Specialist is responsible for revenue generation, providing business banking clients in their insurance solutions and servicing to meet their needs.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client's insurance requirements and provide suitable recommendations.
- To partner with District Manager and Team Heads to lead sales staff to achieve insurance goal via participation through referrals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote insurance products and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and process insurance applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with insurers and internal teams to facilitate seamless client experience from proposal to post servicing.
- Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Min 3 years of financial sales experience.
- Certifications as required by local regulations (CMFAS 5, 9 & HI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficient in customer service and relationship management.
