Job Description

  • Strategic Leadership

    Develop and implement architectural strategies aligned with organizational goals. Collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term objectives for architectural projects.

  • Project Oversight

    Lead and oversee multiple architectural projects from concept to completion. Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets. Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Team Management

    Supervise and mentor a team of architects, designers, and project managers. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Conduct performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities.

  • Design Excellence

    Drive creative and sustainable design solutions that meet client and community needs. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards. Advocate for cutting-edge technologies and methodologies in architectural design.

  • Business Development

    Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships. Prepare proposals and participate in client presentations. Represent the organization at industry events and conferences.

  • Operational Efficiency

    Monitor resource allocation and optimize workflows within the architecture team. Implement best practices for project delivery and risk management.

 

Qualifications

  • Education

    BOA Singapore recognized Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field. Professional licensure (e.g., RA, RIBA, or equivalent) is often required.

  • Experience

    8 years of experience in architectural design and project management. Proven track record of leading large-scale projects and teams.

  • Technical Expertise

    Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools). Strong knowledge of building codes, sustainability practices, and construction methodologies.

  • Leadership and Communication

    Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for client and stakeholder engagement.
