  • Assist in the development of the brand’s integrated marketing plan. Execute the integrated marketing plan, ensuring consistency with brand strategy and brand communication plan.
  • Work with the managers to support the briefing process to external communication agencies. Be accountable for the execution of specific brand activities (e.g. media plan, consumer and trade promotion activities, special packs, sampling, PR programs, event marketing, direct marketing, etc.).
  • Lead the execution of the day to day operational activities, including brand volume forecasting and brand financial plans.
  • Lead the execution of retail activations including shelf presence and packaging, and in-store displays. Assist with execution of shopper marketing programs.
  • Develop in-depth understanding and become an expert in the market – the business environment in which our brands compete, to include product category segments, channels, etc.
  • Lead the following business/operational activities: business tracking & updates; competitive tracking; management of inventory based changes; displays; promotional or bonus packs; and alternative channels. Additionally, lead interactions with Consumer Services.

Job Summary 

                                                         
Church & Dwight is seeking a Associate Brand Manager / Sr. Associate Brand Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting in leading projects for TheraBreath oral care and Gravol nausea relief for the Personal Care Strategic Business Unit (SBU) contributing to achievement of annual organic growth targets.

Work Environment  

  • Hybrid: This is a hybrid role based in Ewing, NJ and requires in- person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Mondays and Fridays.

Compensation and Benefits

 The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $71,000-$131,700. This position is also eligible for a bonus.

U.S. employees are entitled to paid holidays, floating holidays, and vacation days starting in their first year of employment depending on hire date. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
