About the Team and the Role:
The Operations team at Ather is responsible for developing future-ready strategies, executing manufacturing, engineering, logistics, and supply chain operations, and driving business integration across the vertical.
This role is for a strategic-minded engineering professional who will support the COO and Chief of Staff in scenario planning, KPI monitoring, stakeholder management, and executing critical org-level operational excellence initiatives.
Responsibilities
Develop and refine future-ready strategies for the Operations vertical aligned with overall organizational objectives and external market trends.
Drive business planning and integration across the vertical by engaging stakeholders to capture mid-term and long-term vision.

Experience and Qualifications

Must Have Competencies
