Job Description

Position Overview

As an Associate, Commercial Contracts you must show strong potential down the line to lead complex and often contentious negotiations. You will be responsible for supporting the Invenergy Contracts team’s Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) Build Transfer (BT) and Development Transfer (DT) negotiation efforts for renewable energy projects to third parties.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, communicate clearly across multiple functions, and demonstrate confidence navigating conflict, along with a solid understanding of what it takes to develop and construct utility-scale renewable energy projects. This role would be an ideal growth opportunity for an ambitious self-starter looking to help fuel the growth of one of the most dynamic and entrepreneurial companies in the industry.

Base Pay

$88,000.00 - $110,000.00 USD Annual
Bonus: 20% - 30%

The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
