Manager – Portfolio Analytics

• Cross Sell and upsell Analytics (must have) model development like XG Boost
• Portfolio Spends Growth – Targeting basis segments/persona, merchants, campaign recommendation to drive cross border.
• Driving card Activation to increase spends & engagement
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and teams such as Product, Operations, Portfolio teams etc.
• Presenting model results to management/ senior stakeholders
• strong project management, pipeline planning as well as documentation

 

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of work experience in Data sciences with 3+ years of experience in Cross Sell analytics/ Portfolio analysts
• BFSI/ Credit Cards analytics exposure is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of Python/SAS, SQL, Model development skillset is mandatory.
